While there has been much speculation about the role our current president will play in the newly refurbished attraction, a Disney official made a statement today.
"The same thing that we've done with other presidents, is the same plan we have for President Trump," said Jacquee Wahler, vice president of communications for Walt Disney World.
Short, sweet and to the point. This statement suggests that President Trump will have a speaking role as his predecessors have.
It was also confirmed that the re-opening date has been postponed until Late 2017 citing "technical problems". No specific date was announced.
